Stewart McNair founded the Company in 1996 and serves as CEO and principal driver of new business, leveraging an extensive network across the Banking, Wealth Management, and Industrial Services Sectors. Despite the fast-paced and competitive world of recruitment, he embraces the challenges of an evolving landscape, particularly as social media continues to reshape the global market and candidate engagement.
Stewart leads a small but highly dynamic team dedicated to delivering reliable, tailored solutions to clients. Together, they navigate the rapid transformations of the recruitment industry by deploying proprietary strategies designed to maintain a competitive edge. While these methods remain confidential, they reflect a commitment to creativity, precision, and adaptability in a constantly shifting market.
The rapid evolution of AI has significantly influenced recruitment, largely in positive ways; however, there is growing evidence that candidates increasingly rely on AI to match their CVs to job descriptions, often producing misleading results that overstate their qualifications and alignment to specific roles. To address this, his consultants rigorously pressure-test all CVs against career evidence, ensuring that capability and experience are accurately represented.
The majority of the firm’s work comes from repeat business, earned through consistent performance, delivery, and trust. At the same time, they actively welcome new clients, many of whom are introduced through referrals and recommendations, reinforcing the firm’s reputation for excellence and reliability.
Stewart is a keen golfer playing off a handicap of 2.9 at Sunningdale Golf Club. He is also a member of Royal St Georges and West Hill. He has been married to Lyndsey since 1978 and has three children and 7 grandchildren. He is a Trustee and actively involved in two local charities.
